This month got off to a rather panicked start, when Rampoa received a notification from a resident about a sewerage spill into our retention pond between Birkdale Village and Ascot Terraces, early on Monday the 3rd. Immediate inspection and follow up showed that the overflow was emanating from a manhole at Ascot Terraces.
